Beach Life is dedicated to giving everyone who enjoys the sand, sun and surf of the beach a way to find the best beaches anywhere in the world, and to preserving the natural beauty of these beaches by becoming involved in projects that include cleaning local and international beaches.
Our Goal
Our ultimate goal is to preserve, appreciate and share the world’s beaches with everyone. You can make a difference by joining, adding more beaches and information about them, and sharing the website with your friends. One by one, we can make the world’s beaches a cleaner, more enjoyable place for everyone to enjoy.
We are also a social network, where you can come to meet others with the same interests by uploading your photos, making your own personal Beach Blog, and entering your favorite local beaches on our interactive map. You can also use the Beach Blog to share details about your favorite local beaches. These features will help you find pristine, private beaches no matter where you travel, without having to search through miles of coastline on your next vacation.
Beach Society
Uploading your personal beach photos will give you the opportunity to share your local beach treasures with people around the world, and may even win you a cash prize from Beach Life! All photos will be rated by other users, so don’t forget the camera next time you hit the sand. You can make your vote count when you rate other users, too, by checking out the photos that have already been uploaded onto our photos pages.
You can comment on other user’s photos, and view member’s profiles to meet local beach enthusiasts to explore with. Beach Life is a community that is devoted to all aspects of ocean life, surfing, swimming, and just lying on the sand enjoying the sun and all that nature has to offer. You can upload photos of anything, including marine life, yourself, your friends, or simply the ocean that you see in front of you.
Our Contest
The best blogs and photos will also be eligible for the Top 10 Beaches contest. By describing your favorite beaches and uploading photos of your local sand and surf, you will automatically be entered to win. You can add beaches that have never been on any map to show off your awesome hang out, and to help us preserve beaches around the world.
To win our Beach Life contest, your beach should remain #1 on the Top Ten Beaches list for 30 days. Not only will you be helping to preserve a beach, you could also win $250 just for your submissions! Uploading photos, creating and blog, and of course, adding your beach to our interactive map for other members and guests to check out is the best way to win.
